Another tragic mass shooting that was reported on Saturday evening at Dadeville, Alabama left the country in shock. The tragic incident claimed the life of four teenagers and left around 28 people injured, with a few of them suffering from critical injuries.

According to the statements from law enforcement, the first call regarding the event was received at 10:34 pm on Saturday, and even hours later, the police did not officially confirm the identities of the teenagers who were shot dead during the event.

There has also been no information about a possible suspect in the case and also the motive behind the cruel act. 

While the police did not confirm any details regarding the victim on the day of the attack, there had been much unofficial news that reported the name and details of four teenagers as the fatal victims of the attack.

In one of the statements given to the Montgomery Advertiser, Tallapoosa County Coroner Mike Knox confirmed the details of the four teenagers who lost their lives during the brutal attack. The four victims are young, Black, and from Alabama. 

Sahaunkivia ‘KeKe’ Nicole Smith is one of the four teenagers who lost their lives in the tragic mass shooting that occurred at Dadeville on Saturday. KeKe was a high school student who attended Dadeville High School and she was just 17 years old.

KeKe was all set to complete her high school education and was supposed to graduate this fall alongside Dowdell, who was another victim of the event. Even though she was very young, KeKe was a girl who had really big dreams about her future. He was ready to attend the University of Alabama in the fall. 

The incident and the tragic death of the four teenagers came as a shock, not only to their friends and family but also to the whole nation.

The event which started out as simple and happy sweet 16 parties took a sudden drastic turn and resulted in the death of four innocent teenagers and also injured around 28 other people who were at the function.

The death news of Shaunkivia ‘KeKe’ Nicole Smith, a 17-year-old high school girl, who was getting ready to graduate this fall started circulating in some of the popular online news portals hours after the incident happened.

Even though the news was made public, there was no official confirmation regarding it. The tragic news about KeKe was only confirmed later by the authorities. 

Her friends and family remember Shaunkivia ‘KeKe’ Nicole Smith as a very happy girl. She was a very smart girl and according to the words of KeKe’s family member Amy Jackson, she was a well-rounded person.

She recalled that it was always happiness and fun to hang around KeKe. Jackson also added that KeKe was a girl who absolutely loved fashion. She was also a member of the school’s volleyball and softball teams.

Even though Amy Jackson is Nicole Smith’s first cousin once removed she said that she always felt like Nicole’s aunt. Amy Jackson has a son who is just a few years older than Nicole.

The two kids grew up together and Amy has watched them grow alongside from their childhood. The news about the earth of Smith was a massive shock for Amy. 

Amy said that she was very keen to see what big things came for Nicole. According to the world of Amy Jackson, Nicole was like a ray of sunshine, She always used to keep a smiling face and that she always said nice things about anything and everything.

Jackson recalled Nicole as a person who was not at all negative, but as a person who always found something positive in everything. 

The tragic shooting that took place in Dadeville claimed the life of four teenagers and injured around 28 other people who were present at the Sweet 16 party.

According to the information, shared by the official sources, there are three more victims who were shot dead at the event. All four of the victims were young, Black, and used to live in Alabama. 

Philastaviouis Dowedell was another victim of the event and he was also a senior at Dadeville High School. Hue used to play football and basketball at his school.

He was also the birthday girl’s sibling. Marsiah ‘Siah’ Emmanuel Collins, who was a 19-year-old budding musician from Opelika became the third victim of the night. He was better known by the stage name 223A Siah and was planning to attend Louisiana State University in the fall.

The fourth victim of the night was Corbin Dahmontrey Holston. He was 23 years old and was a former student of Dadeville High School. He graduated from the school in 2018 and as per the details from his social media accounts, Holston lived in Birmingham.
