Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson was ordered by the judge to pay back his former wife for child support and a lawyer, an amount of 636 thousand US dollars.
Following his separation from ex-wife Samantha Lee Gibson he was admitted to pay 10,000 US dollars a month in account of child support which he has failed to do. The new order to pay child support comes from the judge of Fulton County court and it came on April 25.
The order came from the same judge whom Gibson called racist. It was during the legal battle for the custody of this same child he uttered racist slurs at the judge.
What provoked him was that the judge favored his wife in the case and it came to a point that the wife will get custody of the child. As another reason, he pointed out that the judge accused him of calling his wife the b-word which he had never done, he claims.
The actor shared on Instagram that it was true that he and his former partner got separated and they do have their own share of issues. He added that but he never referred to the mother of his child using the b-word.
He was infuriated and said that judge called his wife the -word and what right he has to do that. What Tyrese Gibson said was that the judge was a white man on the bench wearing a black robe and was supposed to represent the law referred to his ex-wife and the mother of his child using the offensive word. He questioned that despite all this why he was still on the stand.
Yesterday on the court presenting himself on the stand he openly said that he feels 10,000 US dollars a month was a huge amount of money when the income of his wife was taken into consideration. He argued that his wife does make a good amount of money and why was that he is considered the one who has to meet all the expenses of the child.
But his argument was not taken into consideration by the judge as Gibson did not pay the child support amount not even one time since the order was made.
This order was made last year in the month of August. This caused the court to take further action against him and now he has been ordered to pay an amount of 237,944 US dollars in child support. And he also has to pay an additional amount of 399,000 US dollars to cover the attorney fees of his ex-wife.
This is because as he did not pay the amount that he was first ordered to do the former wife had to proceed with further legal proceedings and he is being considered as the root cause of this whole complication. He will have to pay 400 thousand US dollars to the ex-wife’s attorney.
In addition, he will also have to pay another 17,000 US dollars to meet the expenses of the special master the judge has appointed to manage the disputes that can happen between Tyrese and his former partner, if any.

Tyrese pointed out that it was true that he did not pay 10k US dollars per month for the child support but he did pay the lesser amount and the case was being now fabricated in order to give him an image that he has not paid anything at all.
According to the order to pay back the child support which came as he has not paid the sum all these months, now he has been ordered to pay a total sum of 258 thousand US dollars per month.
Although he does not have to pay back it all of a sudden and he has time till the 15th of the coming May. Instead of paying the ordered sum of 10 k dollars a month he has been paying 2,236 Us dollars every month since the order was issued last year.
Tanya Mitchell Graham is the attorney appearing for Gibson. Tanya, however, views that there are chances for the deadline to get pushed back once she succeeds in filing an appeal. The actor is now looking forward to the appeal getting sanctioned.
The case for the legal custody of their child Soraya started as soon as the couple decided to get separated. As of now, Soraya lives with her mother and Tyrese can visit her and has a court-appointed time to spend with her and to take her out. Attorney Adam Gleklen is representing Samantha in court.
The couple has been co-parenting the child post-divorce. According to Gleklen, his client wants to co-parent the child and has to act following the court orders and move on with peace.
