The 20-year-old American singer said that she feels better about herself than she has ever felt after undergoing a fitness transformation.

According to the sources in her annual interview, she said that she is in a good spot in her life right now. Eilish considers that is because of the better relationship that she is sharing with her body.

The singer has been in the spotlight over the recent years having a complex relationship with her own body and she seems to be embracing herself now.

She is popular for her oversized clothing and varied feminine silhouettes which is now regarded as her signature style.

In the interview video, she said that the best feeling she is having is making herself proud of herself. She opened up that she has worked really hard for what she has today, and she said that she wants to have a well-built body. She hopes that will be fulfilled by the coming year.

She had recently fallen in love with fitness and she seems to enjoy it. While talking in an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music last September she said that after her recent tour she has turned into a gym rat.

She thinks that being a fitness freak has transformed her life. She told Lowe that working out was not a thing that she did and that it has become such an incredibly huge part of her life and she can feel herself becoming a better person.

She attended the 2021 Met Gala wearing a ball gown, and she appeared in a corset on the cover photo of British Vogue, and both of them gained widespread attention. She also criticized society for discriminating against women with the wider chests.

The Grammy winner addresses body shaming and pursues people into body positivity. She had said that she covers her body to avoid stares and judgements but the people are still judging her body and herself even without seeing it.

Previously she had stated publicly that nobody is attracted to her because she wears baggy clothes and that she feels incredibly unloveable and unsexy and not beautiful.

In a 2019 ad with a dominant clothing brand she opened up that she doesn’t want the world to see what is underneath her tank tops but roughly after a month of the release of the ad she was photographed again in a tank top and an oversized sweatshirt. This was shared massively across social media platforms and she was again trolled and body shamed.

On a world tour two years ago she projected a bold statement on body positivity by removing her top and lowering herself into a black opaque pool.

Eilish was 18 years old when she performed in Miami in this world tour.

In the voiceover of her act, Eilish had questioned the double standards of the society by quoting that on wearing comfortable clothes she is not considered a woman and on removing layers she is considered a slut.

She in her epic interlude performance questioned the people that whether her value is based only on their perception of her and hinted that their opinion about her might not be her responsibility. She was applauded by fans universally and her lyrics were viewed as empowering and bold.

Eilish states that after the fitness transformation, she is having a feeling that she is capable of being as feminine and as masculine as she wants.

She had earlier commented on her body as that ugly friend of hers revealing that it is her biggest insecurity. Even though she loves her body and she acknowledges the fact that her body is with her everywhere she goes she wasn’t feeling secure in it.

Other celebrities were also traumatized by hatred they received for their body standards. At the age of 11, Ariel Winter was chastised for having a flat chest. Selena Gomez was body-shamed for losing weight due to lupus, and Simone Biles was trolling online multiple times.
