The Bryan White foundation went to Bettinah Tumuhaise’s farm in the Luwero district yesterday, not only to show its support for the job that she has been doing, but also to check up on other farmers who have persisted in farming despite the challenging conditions.
About three hundred farmers in Kalagala had their farms examined, and the CEO of the foundation, Bryan White, gave the go-ahead for their construction projects so that they could receive the boost that had been promised before.
Farmers in Kanoni are involved in a variety of agricultural pursuits, including piggery, tree planting, coffee harvesting, bee keeping, floriculture, and more. Some of the activities that these farmers engage in are listed below.
It is reported that Bettinah began her business with only two pigs and a very small amount of funds. Recently, she submitted her proposal to have her projects funded by the Bryan White foundation, which immediately responded to her request, thereby giving her a boost of 17 million Ugandan Shillings and also purchasing her the necessary materials and seedlings for her to use and supply to her farmers in the subcounty.
The land that Bettina uses for her farm is located in the Ndeeba, Kanoni, and Kalagala subcounties of the Luwero district. Because the Bryan White foundation’s only mission is to help disadvantaged young people in as many different ways as possible—including through agriculture, the improvement of health, the provision of education, and many more—its tagline is “Awakening the Youth from Poverty.”
The Bryan White Foundation Bio
is the name of a private foundation that was established by Kirumira Brian, also known as Bryan White, who is a motivational speaker.
2015 marked the beginning of the foundation, and 2018 marked its official debut in Mbarara. It is a charitable organisation with the mission of developing innovative approaches to problems in a variety of service domains, including agriculture, athletics, medicine, and finance.
Bryan White, also known as Kirumira Brian, established the Bryan White Foundation in 2015. White, also known as Bryan White, is widely recognised as one of the most influential charitable, inspiring, and motivational speakers in Uganda.
He began it with a team of 10 people, which included prominent figures in the society of Uganda such as Radio & Weasel, Dr. Jose Chameleon, Big Eye, King Michael, Maria Tinatinde, and Cindy, as well as comedians such as Alex Muhangi, director of Comedy Store Uganda, Madrat, and Chiko.
By engaging in activities such as charity work, monetary donations, and the sponsorship of young creatives, the goal is to educate, inspire, and rouse the youth of Uganda in their fight against poverty. In 2018, it was also introduced in Mbarara, which is one of the country’s largest cities.
Helping mentally ill mothers, physically disabled mothers, and children in hospitals, as well as assisting low-income pregnant women in hospitals by supplying them with the essential medical equipment they require, are some of the activities that are currently being carried out by the Bryan Foundation.
The charity also places an emphasis on paying the school fees of orphans and street children, allowing these children to return to school in the hopes of having a brighter future.
