A hearty congratulations to Kayla Itsines and Jay Woodroffe for welcoming a cute baby boy!
Kayla Itsines, the popular fitness influencer and the co-founder of The Sweat, welcomed her second child on Thursday, January 5. The influencer announced the happy news through a sweet Instagram post on her official account.
Kayla has a three-year-old daughter with her ex-boyfriend, Tobi Pierce. The newly-born baby boy is the first child of Jay Woodroffe and Kayla Itsines.
Jay Woodroffe works at a non-profit organization, SA Living Solutions, which provides housing for people in need. They have been dating since the beginning of last year.
With the adorable Instagram post, Kayla shared the images of the newly born and announced his name, too. The couple named the baby boy ‘Jax Stokes Woodroffe.’
Kayla has shared Jax’s birth story in a sweet way. She shared the images of Jax along with the image of her holding the baby right after birth, and Jay was sitting beside her with happy tears. Kayla’s first daughter, Arna, was holding the baby in her arms in another picture shared by her.
Sweat co-founder wrote that words can’t express how happy they are to welcome their baby boy, and they are very happy right now.
According to her post, she went to the hospital at around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, and the delivery was at 8:45 a.m. It was a sudden delivery without any further complications. The boy weighed about 3.5 kg (7.72 pounds).
For the couple, the birth was so special because, at the time of the baby’s birth, they heard Jay’s dad’s funeral song playing through the speakers. The baby came out right away, and Jay told her that it was a boy, and they both burst into tears.
She added that Arna loves Jax even though she wanted a baby girl. Kayla ended the post by telling Jay that he is incredible and she loves him so much.
Kayla then shared a video of Arna taking the boy in her arms while Jay and Kayla burst into tears. She wrote in the video that Arna is the world’s best sister.
The couple supposedly started dating in January 2022. Kayla got engaged to Jay in July Last year and soon in the same month Kayla came up with an Instagram post announcing her pregnancy. She later wrote and announced that the baby is due in January 2023.

Jay Woodroffe has been a supportive and very loving father to Arna. He frequently posts cute photos of the three of them as they enjoy life in Adelaide.
Jay has shared images and videos of him kissing Jax on his Instagram account.
Kayla dated Tobi Pierce a few years ago, and they got engaged in 2018. Tobi Pearce and Kayla Johnson founded The Sweat, a workout app.
They both welcomed Arna Leia Pearce in 2019. Tobi and Kayla broke up in August 2020.
