Jazmine Marie Sullivan, the popular singer/songwriter was born on April 9, 1987, and she is 35 years old now. Jazmine is the daughter of Don and Pam Sullivan.
It is not completely wrong to say that Jazmine took steps from her mother while choosing her career as her mother Pam was one of the backup singers of Philadelphia International Records.
Jazmine Sullivan attended the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts and she graduated from the school with a vocal music major.

She also took up the role of album’s executive producer along with a few others and the album went on to be a huge hit, making its way onto the top of the Billboard charts. The album went on to sell more than 510,000 copies in the United States alone and it was certified platinum status by the Recording Association of America.
Jazmine dropped her second album in 2010 and it was titled ‘Love Me Back.’ Even though the album did not top the chart, the album was also a hit and most of its songs were well-appreciated and received by the audience.
Following the release of the second album, Jazmine Sullivan took a break from the music industry. Even though she made it clear that she will be back, she was not sure about the time that it would take her.
About three years later in 2014, Sullivan made an announcement about her next album ‘Reality Show’ which was released in 2015. The album became an instant hit and reached number one on the Billboard charts.
The most recent album from Sullivan was released in 2021, which was her debut extended play titled ‘Heaux Tales.’
Even though her music career is long, she has only made four official albums till now. But as we say, it is not about quantity and is about quality, Sullivan has received different awards and recognition for her songs.
