Joe Gatto was a co-host of Impractical Jokers. He left the show in its 10th season; otherwise, he has been a part of the show for its first nine seasons.
Gatto, in a podcast called Scheananigans, hosted by Scheana Schay, said that he would ‘never say never’ to his friends and team and would really want to reunite with them again. He also expressed that he missed performing with them.
On being asked about the place Joe would want to meet his co-hosts, he said that he would love to meet them on stage while performing live together, in the very same way that they used to do earlier.
Joe Gatto expressed that he has spent about a decade of his life with his friends working on The Impractical Joker; it’s a big and essential part of his life, so he definitely misses the same and is waiting to reunite.
Why did Joe Gatto Leave Impractical Jokers?
Joe Gatto shared that he wanted to explore something of his own, so he started his solo ‘Joe Gatto comedy tour’, which is why he had to leave Impractical Jokers. He performed stand-up comedy all around the country.
Joe admitted that his transition from working with friends to doing it all by himself was very difficult for him and that it was also a completely different experience for him.
Joe also shared that it makes a lot of difference when you are working in a team and they are working alone. He also remembered his days when he used to travel with his friends and talk hours about work, and then he compared it with planning everything and talking to himself for performing solo.
All that creates a difference, as said by Gatto, who admitted that he felt ‘alone’ while preparing and performing solo comedy acts.
