On Thanksgiving Eve, “The Masked Singer” returned for the semi-finals.
Comedian Nikki Glaser unmasked as a snowstorm in the thanksgiving-themed episode, leaving two finalists- Harp and Lamb- for the finale next week.
After facing off in a three-way battle royale in which Harp, Lamb, and Snowstorm took turns singing the song “ Since U Been Gone” by Kelly Clarkson, Nikki Glaser was unmasked.
This semi-finale episode of “The Masked Singer” had a slight twist for the first time this season, there wouldn’t be two distinct votes, but just one, and so the singers had to compete in a big battle royale.

We will see Lambs and Harp in next week’s two-hour finale because Snowstorm was forced to reveal herself when the audience’s vote did not go in her favor. In comparison to Wednesday’s semifinal episode, which did not go well for the panelists, at least one guessed it right this time and the other guesses were pretty much closer.
Everyone felt that the Snowstorm was probably a comedian, with Ken Jeong guessing Kristen Wiig, Nicole Scherzinger choosing Iliza Schlesinger, and Robin Thicke picking Whitney Cummings. In the end, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg’s prediction of comedian and TV host Nikki Glaser was the right call.
It was ladies’ night on Thursday‘s season eight semifinal of “The Masked Singer,” which featured Snowstorm, Harp, and Lamb singing for a chance to win the Golden Mask trophy. It was the first time in the show’s history, only women participated.
Along with Nikki Glaser as Snowstorm, celebrities who appeared in “The Masked Singer” during season 8 include Chris Jericho as the Bride, Linda Blair as the Scarecrow, Ray Parker, Jr. as Sir Bugaboo, Adam Corolla as Avocado, Joey Lawrence as the Walrus, Le’Veon Bell as the Milkshake, Kat Graham as the Robo Girl, Jerry Springer as the Beetle, Gloria Gaynor as the Mermaid, George Foreman as the Venus Flytrap, Daymond John as the Fortune Teller, Mario Cantone as Maise, Barry Williams/ Christopher Knight/ Mike Lookinland as Mummies, Montell Jordan as the Panther, Jeff Dunham as the Pi-Rat, Chris Kirkpatrick as the Hummingbird, Eric Idle as the Hedgehog, and William Shatner as the Knight.
This season’s themed episodes included “Muppet Night,” “Vegas Night,” “Comedy Roast,” “Hall of Fame,” “Andrew Lloyd Webber Night,” “TV Themes,” “90s Night,” “Fright Night,” and “Thanksgiving.”
The format of the show this season was changed to “King or Queen of Masked Singer” which means that each week, three or four celebrities dressed in different costumes would perform, but only one would advance to compete against two or three additional celebrities the next week.
