Happy Family Conditions Apply: Season 1’s Finale is Described
The ironically named “The Final Supper,” the series’ concluding episode, deals with Pallavi’s health scare and offers Ramesh a new outlook on life. Even if Tisca and Sanju have since changed their minds and want to stay with the family, he supports their decision to leave. He acknowledges that he and Pallavi haven’t had much time to pursue their interests or a life outside of the family because they’ve been so busy caring for their kids and grandchild Aryan.
Following this encouraging realization, the entire family decides to throw a surprise celebration for Hemlata and Mansukh’s 60th wedding anniversary. The Dholakias proceed to the banquet in a mall for the celebration.
However, all of these joyful occasions end when terrorists seize control of the area and order a lockdown. The Dholakias made every effort to connect with Kanakavalli and rescue her after becoming imprisoned inside the Banquet.
When the terrorists arrive at the banquet, they kidnap Jatin Kumar and Hemlata and record a video to be used as a ransom and submit it to the police. Hemlata keeps telling them to kill Jatin first because the family despises him in between.
The entire family decides to surprise Hemlata and Mansukh with a celebration for their 60th wedding anniversary after coming to this wonderful discovery. The Dholakias travel to the celebratory meal in a mall.
All of these happy events come to a stop, though, as terrorists grab power and declare a lockdown. The Dholakias, after being imprisoned in the Banquet, made every effort to contact Kanakavalli and free her.
Jatin Kumar and Hemlata are abducted by the terrorists as soon as they enter the feast, and they make a video to be used as a ransom and give it to the police. Jatin is hated by the family, thus Hemlata continues pushing them to kill him first.
