The Golden Joystick Awards 2022 is announced. The Golden Joysticks Awards is also known as the People’s Gaming Awards. It is a global event to award the best video games of the year.

It was launched in 1983 and has been running ever since and is the second-longest ceremony in its category. The Awards is public voted and is held in London each year. This year is the 40th edition of the awards.
The ceremony is to be held on Tuesday, November 2022, it would be a part of an online digital showcase that would be streamed across all platforms.
