Who is Ari Melber?

Ari Melber’s full name is Ari Naftali Melber, he is an American journalist and attorney born on 31st March, 1980. He did his schooling from the University of Michigan and Seattle, Washington’s Garfield High School, and got his Bachelor’s degree in Political science from the latter institution. 

Melber is known as the host of the popular show “The Beat with Ari Melber” and he is currently serving as the chief legal correspondent for MSNBC. “The Beat” secured the highest ratings in all the shows on MSNBC and CNN. As per the reports of the New York Times, In MSNBC’s 27-year history is the first time that a show has got the highest ratings.

No, Ari Melber is not leaving MSNBC. But the rumors that he is resigning from MSNBC has not been officially confirmed. He is still playing an important role in hosting the popular show “The Beat with Ari Melber”. His insightful analysis and work in journalism has helped him to be a valuable member of the network.

Ari Melber’s image as a journalist has helped him to develop his knowledge and increase his writing skills and also have gained lots of following. The important thing to remember is that there is proof to support the rumors that he is leaving MSNBC, which have raised number of questions among his audience.

Ari Melber has expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for his part at MSNBC. In an interview with Forbes 2020, he said, “I love my job. I love working at MSNBC. I love the freedom they give me to cover the news and pursue the stories that matter. I love the team I work with. I love the audience that tunes in every night. I feel very lucky and honored to do what I do.”

He also said that he believes that for now he will continue to work and will explore new things of journalism. He said, “I think there’s always room for improvement and innovation. I think we can always find new ways to connect with our viewers, to inform them, to entertain them, to challenge them.

I think we can always find new angles and perspectives on the news, new sources and experts, new formats and platforms. I think we can always keep learning and evolving as journalists and as human beings.”

Ari Melber’s Profession

Ari Melber was the co-host of “The Cycle” in April 2013 with Touré, Steve Kornacki, Krystal Ball, S.E. Cupp, and S.E. Cupp. But “The Cycle” was terminated in July 2015, still he continued to work as the Chief Legal Correspondent of the network.

He also worked as a substitute host for the number of shows such as “The Rachel Maddow Show”. Apart from work, Melber received an Emmy for his Supreme Court coverage. Afte its premier in 2017, “The Beat” went on to become MSNBC’s “longest running” program.
