$2000 to $6935 Checks Up For Grabs For Millions: Who’s Eligible?

Early in the month of October, residents of California began to receive payments, and rebates were distributed on the 7th of the month.

Californians can expect another wave of gas relief payments next week, as the current round will be distributed between October 7 and October 25.

The second group of payments is scheduled to be disbursed between the dates of 28 October and 14 November.

The automatic payments range from $200 to $1,050 and are the result of an agreement reached between Governor Gavin Newsom and state lawmakers months ago.

From October 25 to January 15, state taxpayers who didn't file electronically will receive money via debit cards.

The California Franchise Tax Board has stated that rebates will continue to be distributed up until the month of January 2023.

The board also stated that by the end of October, nearly 90% of Californians who get direct deposits could anticipate receiving their payments.

Direct deposit or debit card will pay Californians. Electronically submitted 2020 tax returns will receive their refunds via direct deposit.
