Inflation Relief Stimulus Checks PA

Currently, 17 states, including Pennsylvania, are providing some form of inflation assistance to their residents. Check out to see whether you are eligible.

Inflation peaked in June at 9.1%, the highest in 40 years. As gas, groceries, and other living costs rise in 2022, many governments are issuing inflation-relief checks.

The majority of these states are providing a variety of assistance programs for their residents. through either direct payments, rebates, or an increase in the tax credits 

To qualify, taxpayers must be homeowners over the age of 65 or a surviving spouse over the age of 50. Adults with disabilities aged 18 and above are also eligible.


Georgia taxpayers may be eligible for a refund of some or all of their 2020 state income taxes due to a state revenue surplus under a new law known as H.B. 1302.


If you file jointly or as head of household and make less than $500,000, you get $200. Individuals earning less than $250,000 a year get at least $200.


Colorado's Cash Back tax rebate was passed into law in May, allocating $750 for individuals and $1,500 for households. Qualifying Coloradans will get rebates by Sept. 30.


Florida will give $450 to children and families in need. Funding comes from the state's $35.5 million contribution to the American Rescue Plan Act.


Starting this month, Illinois residents will receive property tax and income tax rebates as part of a larger consumer relief program announced in June.


Hawaii residents who file their 2021 state tax returns by Dec. 31 will receive a $100 to $300 refund, depending on federal adjusted gross income and filing status.


This year, multiple rebates will be available to New Mexico residents, including non-taxpayers, as part of an effort to provide economic relief in the face of inflation.
