Cali, Idaho, New Mexico $400 To $1050 Checks To Arrive Soon

Three states are sending $400 to $1,050 in relief checks through the mail in November. When they will arrive and when they must be cashed are listed below.

California is still sending out rebates that are worth up to $1,050. The first group of residents should have gotten their money between October 7 and October 25.

1. California

The first group of rebates will go to people who got direct deposit payments from the first or second round of the Golden State Stimulus.

The remainder of the direct deposit payments will be processed starting today, October 28, and continuing through November 14.

People who didn't have direct deposit set up last year and got Golden State stimulus payments on a debit card will get debit cards in the mail between October 25 and December 10.

To get a rebate, you had to send in your taxes for 2020 by October 15, 2021. The state has a calculator that can help you figure out if you are eligible and how much cash you can get.

This Thanksgiving, thousands of Idahoans will get more money because checks will be mailed out during the holiday.

2. Idaho: $600 or more

The checks can be valued up to $600 for an individual or a couple. At a minimum, $300 will be given to each individual.

Governor Brad Little said that the state has given out 192,000 rebates, which are currently worth a total of $133,000,000.

Some people will have to wait until after Thanksgiving to get their rebate checks because only 60,000 direct deposits can be made per day.

The Idaho State Tax Commission said that by the end of March 2023, about 800,000 rebates worth $500 million should be sent out. Taxes must be filed by December 31 to be eligible.

People in New Mexico are getting at least $400 in aid money. Residents with low incomes can get the help.

Direct deposit is the fastest way to get approved money. Those who didn't include bank info will get paid by letter by November.
