The organizers of the annual 3Music Awards in Ghana released nominations for this year’s edition on Friday. The awards will take place on March 27th.

Now in its fourth year, the 3Media Networks Awards site was established  to recognize and celebrate outstanding musical achievements in Ghana and Africa.

This year’s 3Music Awards will honour artists and their works in a number of categories, including Best Artist of the Year and the newly launched Best EP of the Year. And Best Alternative Song (Best Alt).

Stonebwoy and Sarkodie are among the 15 most nominated artists of the year with 15 nods each. Kidi with 11 and Kuami Eugene with 9 nods. They also received nominations with Adina, Diana Hamilton, Medikal and Fameye in the Best Artist of the Year category.
